DSA Corporate Services Inc. Appoints Jo-Anne Archibald as Executive Vice President

(Honours) from the University of Guelph. She has an international accreditation (FCIS) from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, where she also serves on the Foundation's board. Ms. Archibald has been a board member for the last five years of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute. For the last ten years, Ms. Archibald has participated on the editorial committee of Canada's "Corporate Governance Quarterly" magazine.
