DSA Corporate Services Inc. Appoints Shaun Drake as Chairman and Jo-Anne Archibald as President

Mr. Drake has worked at legacy entities to DSA for the last eleven years, and for the past three years has been the President of DSA. Mr. Drake has extensive corporate secretarial experience both in Guernsey, Channel Islands, Great Britain and in Canada.

Ms. Archibald joined DSA in March 2011 as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining DSA, Ms. Archibald was a Senior Vice President at TMX Equicom, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the TMX Group Inc.

Both Mr. Drake and Ms. Archibald hold an international accreditation (ACIS) from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
