DSI Announces the Release of the HPRP Annual Performance Report

ClientTrack™ Software Adds HPRP APR to Its Standard Reports

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - December 20, 2010) - Data-Systems International (DSI) is pleased to announce the addition of the Annual Performance Report (APR) for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) to its list of standard reports in ClientTrack versions CT2010 and above. As with other updates, ClientTrack customers can again enjoy the confidence of knowing they are fully compliant with the most recent data collection and reporting requirements.

As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), funds were allocated to the HPRP to assist households at risk of becoming homeless, and help those who are homeless to find suitable housing. As an accountability measure, HUD required HPRP fund recipients to collect clients' data and report the outcomes of those they served. The data collection standards for those reports were provided in March, 2010; in September, 2010, the long-anticipated programming instructions for the new HPRP APR were formally released.

"This is an accomplishment we are very proud of. We are very pleased that we turned more than 100 pages of detailed programming instructions into a fully-compliant push-button report within about 60 days. This turn-around time comes down to our technology, our experience, and our dedication to making sure our customers have all the latest updates as soon as possible," said Darin Patterson, Vice President of Product Development.

In addition to the HPRP APR, the new HUD XML 3.0 Import and Export standards are under development and will be fully supported in ClientTrack by March 2011.

ClientTrack is the industry's only software that fully supports health, human, and social service organizations in their efforts to:

  • Establish organizational best practices through improved efficiency
  • Optimize collaborations within and between organizations
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with funding sources
  • Enhance outcomes reporting to strengthen fundraising and build community awareness

All existing DSI hosted clients using ClientTrack 2010 and above should verify that the new reports are now available in their systems. Customers who would like to schedule their free upgrade to ClientTrack 2010 should contact DSI directly.
