DSM provides comparative 2010 figures in line with new reporting structure

HEERLEN, NETHERLANDS--(Marketwire - Apr 8, 2011) -

Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, will implement changes in the presentation of its financial results as from Q1 2011. The main changes are the introduction of the cluster Innovation and the change of the Dutch pension plan from a Defined Benefit Plan into a Defined Contribution Plan. In order to allow for comparison, the 2010 results are presented in accordance with the new reporting structure in the attachment to this press release.
