The importance of DubLi's expanding merchant base is directly related to overall growth in the B2C market. According to a recent report commissioned by Ecommerce Europe, the B2C ecommerce growth rate for goods and services in Italy in 2013 was 17.8%. Italy is second only to Spain in terms of revenue in Southern Europe. In 2013, Italy had EUR 11.3 billion in total ecommerce revenue for goods and services which represented 28% of all of Southern Europe's EUR 40.8 billion in total ecommerce revenue.
