Dufferin Mall Brings New Life to the Heart of Canada's Fashion Capital With a New Brand and $11 Million Makeover

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 15, 2009) - After a two year process that has included major renovations, new tenants and a fresh new brand, Dufferin Mall's secret is finally out: the mall is bringing affordable style back to the heart of Toronto.

Thanks to an $11 million facelift, which includes a polished interior, upgrades to the food court, bright and spacious washrooms, new entrances and a growing selection of fashion retailers, the corner of Dufferin and Bloor has become the new "haute spot" for the savvy shopper. The new and improved mall provides a destination for Toronto's trendsetters while making shopping more enjoyable and affordable.

At the core of Dufferin Mall's features is a line-up of retailers that includes Costa Blanca, La Senza, H&M, Le Chateau, Aldo and department store favourite Winners. The mall also features services such as family rooms, ample free parking, bike stalls, access via numerous transit routes and a free Wi-Fi area in the food court.

To launch the new brand and entice Toronto's trendsetters, Dufferin Mall is using creative advertisements with the tagline 'Really', an indirect reference to all the surprises waiting to be discovered.
