Duke Realty Announces Ratings Upgrade to Baa1 From Moody's Investors Service

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - November 23, 2016) - Duke Realty Corporation ("Duke Realty" or the "Company") (NYSE: DRE), a leading industrial and medical office property REIT, announced today that Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has raised the company's senior unsecured debt ratings to Baa1, from Baa2, with a stable outlook. Moody's cited the Company's improved debt and stronger operating metrics, along with a well-located portfolio of industrial assets that should continue to benefit from accelerating demand for high-quality industrial product coupled with disciplined supply.
