Duncan Park Announces Proposed Private Placement


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 22, 2011) - Duncan Park Holdings Corporation (TSX VENTURE:DPH) announced today that it intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement of up to $600,000 of common shares at a price of $0.10 per share.

Proceeds from the proposed best efforts private placement will be used for general working capital purposes.

Completion of the private placement remains subject to, among other things, receipt of all requisite regulatory and other approvals. Duncan Park may also pay eligible finders a 5% fee. Insiders of the Company may participate for up to 15% of the private placement.
