Duncan Park Increases Size of Flow-Through Offering

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 14, 2011) - Duncan Park Holdings Corporation (TSX VENTURE:DPH) announced today that, as a result of strong investor interest, it intends to increase the size of its private placement, previously announced on February 7, 2011, to up to $1,100,000 of units ("Units") at a price of $0.105 per Unit.

Each Unit will be comprised of one "flow-through" common share and one-half of one non flow-through common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant shall be exercisable for one common share at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of 12 months.

Proceeds from the proposed best efforts private placement will be used to finance exploration on the Company's Red Lake properties. Completion of the private placement remains subject to, among other things, receipt of all requisite regulatory and other approvals.
