Dundee Corporation Acquires Interest in Strata Minerals Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 21, 2014) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) ("Dundee") announces that it has acquired 3,941,667 units of Strata Minerals Inc. ("Strata Minerals") at a price of $0.12 per unit (a "Unit"). Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of Strata Minerals (a "Common Share") and one-half of one warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.12 for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance, subject to acceleration provisions detailed in Strata Minerals' press release dated March 20, 2014.

Dundee owns 3,941,667 common shares and Warrants exercisable for the purchase of an additional 1,970,834 Common Shares, representing an approximate 18.4% interest on an undiluted basis and 25.3% assuming the exercise of all Warrants.

The position in Strata Minerals was acquired for investment purposes and may be increased or decreased in the future as considered appropriate in light of investment criteria, market conditions and other factors and in accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.
