Dundee Corporation: News Release

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 26, 2014) - Further to our press release of February 25, 2014, Ned Goodman President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) confirms that, contrary to the statements made in an erroneous Stockwatch business report, he has not resigned any of his private company Board positions, nor has he resigned as a director of Barrick Gold Corp. Mr. Goodman has indicated that he has no intention of resigning as a director of Barrick if, as and when he is elected, and remains committed to his work on the Canadian Securities Exchange, including in his role as deputy chairman of the CSE.

In response to the report, Mr Goodman commented:

"I have not, as yet, been elected as a director of Barrick and as such have not resigned from that public Board. However, I have no intention of resigning from the Barrick board of directors if so elected. I have only resigned from the boards of public companies in which Dundee holds a significant investment, and where we continue to have the ability to monitor our ongoing investment. My resignation from these boards in which Dundee continues to hold a significant interest is not "a blow for the junior mining business", as reported by Stockwatch. I remain, and Dundee remains, committed to supporting the junior mining sector. To clarify any misconceptions, I missed attending the panel at the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference last month due to a death in my family, but would like to thank Stockwatch for hoping I attend PDAC next week and "appear to be in good health". I don't intend to disappoint them."
