Dundee Energy Limited Announces Director Resignation

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 26, 2014) - Dundee Energy Limited ("Dundee Energy" or the "Company") (TSX:DEN) announces that Ned Goodman has resigned as a director of the Company. The board of directors of Dundee Energy would like to thank Mr. Goodman for his contribution to the Company.
