Dundee Industrial REIT December 2012 Monthly Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 18, 2012) - DUNDEE INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX:DIR.UN) today announced a cash distribution in the amount of $0.05625 per Unit for the month of December. The December distribution will be payable on January 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at December 31, 2012.
