Dundee Industrial REIT January 2013 Monthly Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 21, 2013) - DUNDEE INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX:DIR.UN) today announced a cash distribution in the amount of $0.05625 per Unit for the month of January. The January distribution will be payable on February 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at January 31, 2013.
