Dundee REIT Announces Completion of $230 Million Equity Offering

DUNDEE REIT (TSX:D.UN) announced today the closing of the previously announced public offering of REIT Units, Series A ("Units") at a price of $36.20 per Unit. The syndicate of underwriters, led by TD Securities Inc., elected to exercise its over-allotment option in full, resulting in a total of 6,353,750 Units being issued today for gross proceeds of $230,005,750.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund future acquisitions, including acquisitions under contract, and for general trust purposes, including repayment of indebtedness incurred in connection with those acquisitions.
