Dunlap Codding Names Managing Director

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwire - December 17, 2008) - Nicholas D. Rouse, 44, has been named managing director of Dunlap Codding. The firm has also changed its name to Dunlap Codding, P.C. in honor of the founding members of the firm. Dunlap Codding's intellectual property law practice has been in continuous existence in Oklahoma City since 1957 with an expansion to Washington, D.C. in 2004 and an Austin, Texas expansion planned for 2009.

Rouse graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1987 with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 1990. He is a member and immediate past president of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Mr. Rouse was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1990 and became registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 1992.
