Dura Automotive Selects iEmployee as Their Workforce Management Solution for Over 10,000 Employees

SEEKONK, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 17, 2005 -- iEmployee has been chosen by Dura Automotive Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRRA) to provide a significant portion of their workforce management needs, including HR and Benefits, for their U.S.A and Canada locations. After an exhaustive review, iEmployee was picked out of a field of other high-end workforce management vendors due to their ability to meet all of Dura's stringent requirements.

Dura Automotive had realized that their HR and Benefits Administration systems did not sufficiently support their needs. Tracey Weiler, Global HRIS Program Manager, was tasked with finding a vendor to solve those problems. Each vendor was evaluated by 3 main criteria: 1) Had to interface with the existing HRIS and Payroll vendors, 2) Needed to be a scalable solution so it could (easily) be gradually rolled out to all locations, and 3) Had to have low on-going cost and little to no capital expense.
