Dussault Adds Canadian Sales Distribution Company & Expands Into Canada's Largest Diversified General Merchandise Retailer (Hbc)

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 6, 2008) - Dussault Apparel™ (OTCBB: DUSS) Founder, Chairman and Head Designer, Jason Dussault, is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement with the T.Samuels Sales Agency to expand Dussault Apparel™ distribution lines in Canada. As of today the T. Samuels Sales Agency has commitments for the Company to supply product to fifteen (15) Bay stores in Western Canada and seven (7) stores have already begun receiving product. The Bay is part of Hbc, Canada's largest diversified general merchandise retailer (www.hbc.com).

As a result of the agreement with T.Samuels Agency, these Bay retail locations will be carrying the entire Gene Simmons MoneyBag leather products line, including carry on bags, laptop bags, assault bags, wallets, belts, and hats, www.genesimmonsmoneyBag.com.

Jason Dussault comments, "I am impressed with this new affiliation with the Bay due to their massive distribution network and retail location foot traffic. Their demographics fit perfectly with the MoneyBag line in a myriad of different ways. In addition, we are very excited about the Bay's relationship with the 2010 Winter Olympics Games and the strategic position this is putting our Company in. The world's eyes will be on the city of Vancouver, its designers, creative talent, and extreme winter sports in 2010. This is a great opportunity for the Company as we have been developing another vertical for the MoneyBag line that relates directly to the world of extreme winter sports and the initial marketing results are extremely positive."

The T.Samuels Sales Agency (www.tsamuels.com) is a sales driven company that markets and represents several suppliers and their apparel brands to retail, as well as promotional markets. The company warehouses and ships product from Vancouver to customers all across Canada. Samuels comments, "My company has long and extensive experience in working with major retail accounts such as the Bay and this gives my team the ability to promote and increase business sales for the brands we represent. If the Bay sales meet expectations we will go from a 15 store test to a national roll out campaign adding a much larger foot print for Dussault in their 91 store domain."

The Bay is part of Hbc, Canada's largest diversified general merchandise retailer with over 580 retail locations and nearly 70,000 associates located in every province in Canada. Hbc's five retail banners include the Bay, Zellers, Home Outfitters, Designer Depot and Fields. The Bay, originally the Hudson's Bay Company, was the first department store in North America.

The first seven Bays carrying MoneyBag are in B.C. in the Greater Vancouver area at the Bay Downtown Vancouver, the Bay Oakridge, and the Bay Gilford; and on Vancouver Island, at the Bay Victoria. In Alberta, the lines will be in Calgary at Market Mall, the Bay Downtown, and in the Bay in Banff.
