DWFritz Ends Calendar Year 2015 With 30% Year-to-Year Revenue Growth

2015 Highlights Include Three New Customers, Volume Deployments With Existing Customers, and a 40% Increase in Employees

WILSONVILLE, OR--(Marketwired - January 05, 2016) - DWFritz Automation Inc., a leading provider of high-precision automation solutions for advanced high-volume manufacturing, today announced that it ended calendar year 2015 with year-to-year revenue growth of 30% and a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35.3% over the last three years. DWFritz attributes this success to its goal of delivering innovative, high-precision automation systems to its customers, and unprecedented global demand for consumer electronics, medical devices, and electric vehicles. DWFritz also increased its workforce by 40% throughout the year.

"We are delighted to announce our remarkable growth, which is the result of both our strong customer relationships and demand for innovative advanced manufacturing solutions," said Mike Fritz, president and CEO of DWFritz. "This year we shipped a record number of systems to our existing customers. We also partnered with two new large Fortune 500 medical device companies, and one electric vehicle automotive company, to solve their complex manufacturing challenges. Demand for medical devices and electric vehicles continues to grow at an incredible pace and many new factories are slated to open in the next two years. We expect to see healthy 20% year-over-year revenue growth in 2016 and 2017, and a 35% increase in our employee headcount as we continue to bring precision automation to advanced manufacturing."

At the close of 2015, DWFritz launched an internal incubator program to encourage and recognize employee innovation. Staff members are now able to bring their ideas to market via this internal entrepreneurship program. This is part of the Company's "Be a Great Place to Work" initiative and is expected to help diversify its business in three to five years.
