It will demonstrate why a focus on mobile and online local search is the biggest opportunity to drive in-store traffic. Visitors to The Shopper Journey: From Search to Sale will be able to use their own smartphone or tablet to participate in this interactive experience. Visitors will have the choice to follow a number of paths originating from that first local digital search all the way through to an in-store visit and purchase. The experience will highlight how retailers can ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize conversion from search to sale to repeat customer.

The experience will also highlight how, together, SweetIQ and Thirdshelf enable retailers to measure and attribute mobile and online paths to in-store sales, validating both mobile and online marketing investments.
