DY Mobile Inc. Teams Up With Western Canada's Leading Media Sales Company, Welsh Sales Solutions, and Launches New Corporate Web-Site

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 1, 2006) - DY Mobile Inc., a division of Digital Youth Network Corp. (OTCBB:DYOUF) is pleased to announce that it has completed an agreement with Welsh Sales Solutions to represent some of DY's ever expanding media space and advertising inventory.

DY Mobile publishes weekly sections branded Mobile on Demand in 5 major newspapers reaching more than 1 Million consumers. A portion of these sections is reserved for advertisers wishing to reach the targeted audience Mobile on Demand attracts. The rest of available space is reserved for the promotion and sale of licensed mobile content used to promote and sell mobile content such as real music ringtones, with the other 50% reserved for advertisers including wireless carriers, retailers and manufacturers wishing to reach the "mobile consumer".
