Dynamic Announces Strategic Sales and Services Agreement and 20 Unit Purchase Order from Buanno Management Services

PICKERING, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 17, 2010) - Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DYA) ("Dynamic" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new strategic sales and services agreement with Buanno Management Services Inc. ("BMS"), a Florida-based provider of various products and services to the trucking industry, including transportation consulting services, transportation information services, transportation logistics/distribution services, and mobile datacom installation services. Under this agreement, BMS has agreed to provide service support for Dynamic from its existing facilities, both for BMS clients and for other users of Dynamic's products and services. The agreement also calls for the parties to further examine potential synergies with a view towards establishing further mutually beneficial arrangements following the verification by BMS of certain product performance objectives. In addition to entering into this new arrangement with Dynamic, BMS has also delivered a purchase order for twenty (20) of Dynamic's Hydrogen Generating Units. An initial deposit under this purchase order has been received by Dynamic, with the balance of payment to be provided upon satisfaction of certain performance-based criteria following receipt of delivery by BMS.
