Dynamic Funds Receives Shareholder Approval for Modifications to Certain Funds

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - December 17, 2015) - 1832 Asset Management L.P., as the manager of Dynamic Funds, today announced that it has received shareholder approval for its proposals to modify the investment objective of Dynamic Power Managed Growth Class. The fund will be renamed Dynamic Power Dividend Growth Class effective January 1, 2016. Shareholders also approved proposals to modify the investment objective and replace the performance fee index of Dynamic Alternative Investments Private Pool Class. These changes will take effect as of January 1, 2016.

Additional enhancements have been introduced to Dynamic Power Dividend Growth Class managed by Alexander Lane, VP and Portfolio Manager. Effective January 1, 2016, the management fee of this fund will be reduced to 1.85% for Series A and T shares and to 0.85% for Series F and I shares, as well as the tiered pricing management fees on Series I shares will be reduced over certain thresholds. Performance fees for the fund have also been eliminated, including any current payable performance fees for the year.
