MANALAPAN, NJ--(Marketwire - June 24, 2008) - Dynamic Media Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DYMH) -- CEO Bruce Schoengood would like to take this opportunity to update shareholders about its recent announcements and its current exciting products and plans for expansion and growth.

We have recently announced that working with a respected laboratory, Gar labs, we have created SUN & STYLE, a new hair and scalp sunburn protection product both for men who suffer from male pattern baldness and for men with very fine hair. Says CEO Schoengood, "Sometimes the best reason to create a product is to produce one that you would use yourself and that is why I created this common sense product. I am confident it will appeal to millions of men with thinning hair and I am amazed that when I go into my local drugstore I can't find a product such as this." What really sets this product apart and makes it unique, is that it will be marketed to balding men, which is a huge consumer universe, and it is effective as both a sunscreen and a hair styling agent. We have also announced that we are adding a women's a version of SUN & STYLE, for active women. Having a male and female version of the product will add to our product branding as well as broaden our visibility and expand product revenues. Entering the marketplace with two new products will put us in a much stronger position to launch our product domestically. Very often, active women who are exposed to the sun will burn their part lines and exposed areas such as on the crown of their head. Having a broad spray sunscreen or thick lotion is not a desirable option for sunburn protection. SUN & STYLE has developed the perfect solution for women. To be sold in small travel packs, we will offer the SUN & STYLE sunscreen in formula-fill cotton swabs. Gently snap the tip of the swab and the formula will flow to the other tip. Women can then apply the sunscreen to very targeted areas, such as their part lines.
