Dynamic Natural Resources Inc. Starts Trading Under the Ticker Symbol "DYNI" and Announces Recent Lease Acquisitions

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - August 27, 2007) - Dynamic Natural Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: DYNI) is a company dedicated to low-cost, low-risk oil production using enhanced oil recovery techniques. Over the coming months the Company will be announcing many new acquisitions of leases as well as discussing many different techniques that it will employ on its own wells, as well as obtaining distribution rights to these technologies from others. Using the contacts and expertise of our management team, Dynamic will strive to acquire value oriented leases with excellent work-over potential, with our ultimate goal being to increase well productivity and free cash flow to Dynamic Natural Resources Inc.

Dynamic recently acquired the Kelsey Pierce lease which consists of 5 wells in Edwards County, IL that were drilled in the mid to late eighties to a depth of around 3400 feet. The wells initially produced in the 50-100 Barrels of Oil per Day (BOPD) range and have been shut in for the past few years. The Company recently put two of these wells back online and they are producing 5-6 barrels of oil per day total. The wells are producing from a limestone formation with a tremendous gas drive and little water. Dynamic owns on average a 50% working interest in the first 3 wells, and is awaiting a title opinion on the last 2 wells, which should have ownership of between 50-100%. There are multiple off-set drilling locations available on this lease.

Dynamic has also purchased the White Lease. This lease consists of one well drilled to 5000' in the Devonian Structure. This well has been successfully treated using Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery (MEOR) to help stimulate excellent production since turning the well back on just over 1 month ago. Dynamic owns approximately 38% Working Interest in this well.

Scott Masse, CEO, states, "These leases are perfect examples of the type of acquisitions we are looking for. We acquired these leases below market value with cash and stock. Dynamic will now utilize environmentally friendly bio-chemicals to increase production and eliminate costly downtime in the future." The leases when fully producing should do approximately 15 BOPD.

The Company has created a new website at that will continuously be updated with the latest events, acquisitions, interviews, and technologies that Dynamic is involved in.
