Dynamic Retail Solutions Expands Into Thibodaux and Morgan City

HOUMA, LA--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2015) -  Dynamic Retail Solutions, a retail marketing firm which has just recently opened up in the Houma area, has now announced plans to expand into two additional locations in Thibodaux and Morgan City by Labor Day Weekend. The marketing firm, which is currently running campaigns in two Houma locations, has decided to launch additional campaigns to increase its overall client base. Marketing Manager, Christopher Robinson, asserted, "Our goal is to continue to expand our clients footprint here in South Louisiana the same way I did in East Texas where we went from managing just two locations to managing 8 locations in less than 24 months." To facilitate this growth, the company has developed an in-house management training program which provides all full time employees the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in business development, sales and marketing strategies, teambuilding, and client acquisition.

In addition to one on one training under Robinson, new managers will also have the added bonus of senior mentorship from some national campaign leaders. On August 17, 2015, Robinson attended the Keys to Success conference in Dallas, Texas where he had the opportunity to network with many of the top managers throughout the rest of the country to help prepare for expansion in South Louisiana. By taking the time to absorb new techniques that he can implement during Dynamic Retail Solutions' expansion into Thibodaux and Morgan City, Robinson hopes to hit the ground running once some new staff is hired and trained.
