Dynasty Gaming Director Resigns

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 17, 2007) - Dynasty Gaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DNY)(OTCBB:DNYFF) today announced that Robert A. Nihon II has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors.

Albert Barbusci, Dynasty's chief executive, stated, "Robert's decision to resign is the result of the recent death of his father, Robert Nihon Sr., and the urgent need to assume a leadership role in his family's business. Our condolences have been extended to Robert and his family and we are grateful for the contribution he was able to make to our Company. My co-directors and I wish him every success in dealing with his expanded challenges."
