Dynasty Limousine Inc. Receives DTC Eligibility on Its Common Stock; DNYS Shares Can Now Be Traded Electronically Through Most Brokers

JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - May 5, 2011) - Dynasty Limousine Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNYS), a full service Luxury Transportation and Limousine firm covering the Southeast United States, has received DTC Eligibility as of May 4th, 2011. This action will allow trading of the Company's Securities through most brokers electronically, which had not been previously available since trading began in July of 2010.

Pierce Fleming, Vice President and CFO of Dynasty Limousine, stated, "Volume on DNYS stock has been light due the need for DTC eligibility. Prior to this action, trades were executed manually only though a select number of brokerage houses. Now that DTC will be clearing our stock electronically, those prospective shareholders who want to purchase stock will be able to with ease. Obtaining DTC clearance also reinforces our long term goals of transparency and increased National Exposure."
