The adoption of the Colorado Resiliency Framework by Governor John Hickenlooper in 2015 represents Colorado's long-term investment in and commitment to a more resilient future.
In developing the framework, E & E worked collaboratively with the Colorado Resiliency and Recovery Office (CRRO) to identify and analyze risks and vulnerabilities from hazards and changing conditions, and develop strategies and year one actions based on stakeholder input and community engagement.
