eMax Worldwide, Inc. Announces New Appointment to Its eMax Finance Management Team and Board of Advisers

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - May 5, 2010) -  eMax Holdings Corp. (PINKSHEETS: EMXC), recently renamed eMax Worldwide, Inc., announces that Ms Karen Schoen has recently been named Vice President of eMax Finance, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of eMax Worldwide, Inc., and sits on the advisory board of eMax Worldwide, Inc.

Ms Schoen brings over thirty five years experience to the company handling mortgage origination, working with builders and land developers and, recently, working with county planners and officials in Washington and Bay country Florida. Ms Schoen also currently is an account executive for Addvent Funding LL. 

Ms Schoen's previous experience includes:

1. Liberty Financial Services - a FL Licensed Mortgage Broker - Ms Schoen was an on-site manager for developers under contract with Liberty, managed teams of 5 in house originators, trained and quality controlled all applications, and worked closely with processors and underwriters. Approximately 30 loans per month from the team were generated by Ms Schoen's guidance.

2. Public Mortgage Co - Division of Public Savings Bank, PA - Account Exec and Investor procurement - Ms Schoen initiated wholesale and retail division processing of all loans out of the FL office and maintained a pipeline of $3,500,000 retail business per month, and processed files to present to lender.

3. Americas First Mortgage Corporation - Licensed mortgage bankers in NW Jersey and brokers in New York. (Coldwell Banker affiliated office) - Union, NJ

Position Held: Vice President, Loan Origination, Marketing, Financial Planning and Insurance, Developed non-conforming wholesale department. Ms Schoen: 1) Wrote a training manual for loan officers and correspondent brokers, 2) Oversaw operations managing 4 processors for consumers as well as processing for other mortgage companies, 3) Trained correspondents and loan officers, 4) Wrote operations and procedural manual for staff, 5) Coordinated instructional program for 40 loan officers, 6) Closed first year $1,500,000 in loans, second year $8 million in loans, and fifth year $60 million in loans.

Ms Schoen also has experience as a Mathematics teacher of a JHS and was the Dean of a JHS. Ms Schoen holds a Masters and Bachelors degree.

Ms Schoen currently holds the following civil service positions: 1) Co Founder and Secretary, Washington County Citizens for Economic Opportunity,, 2) Washington County Chamber of Commerce - Member and Ambassador, 3) Former President of Sunny Hills Civic and Improvement Association, created web presence for the association.
