eMusic and Warner Music Group Announce Agreement

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 12, 2010) - eMusic, the digital music club, and Warner Music Group (NYSE: WMG) today announced that eMusic will begin selling tracks to its U.S. members from WMG's renowned roster of artists.

The agreement includes titles from WMG's Atlantic Records, Rhino Records and Warner Bros. Records as well as from independent labels distributed through WMG's ADA stable that are not currently sold on eMusic.

eMusic's catalogue totals more than 7.5 million tracks spanning every music genre. The company sells monthly membership plans beginning at 24 credits for $11.99. Members can typically obtain single tracks for as low as $0.40 to $0.50 and albums for as low as $6. eMusic has sold more than 350 million music downloads under its current ownership.
