(PINKSHEETS: EWRC) will host, promote and provide worldwide live Internet broadcasting of the Los Angeles regional heat of the 2010 International "Search for the Most Beautiful Latina in the World" pageant, an invitation-only red carpet event to be held at the world famous SIR Studios in Hollywood on August 26, 2010. eWorld will recruit models for the L.A. event, film, edit and prepare the content for uploading onto eWorld's Boomerang Media Station™, and share ongoing ownership rights to online content filmed at the L.A. regional event, the Palm Springs USA Finals (September 10-11) and the Las Vegas International Finals (October 8-10), where this year's winner will be crowned. This content will be available for live viewing via eWorld's Boomerang Media Station™ (, and PlayerXT will provide a link on the pageant website directing viewers to view the program and content on the Boomerang Media Station™. eWorld will also be featured as a titled sponsor at all three events and on all pageant promotional materials and media information.

The PlayerXT 2010 "Search for the Most Beautiful Latina in the World," pageant, now in its third year, features a wide range of activities showcasing beautiful women, dancing, singing, native costumes and a glimpse of the unique and diverse heritage and culture of the Latin world. This year's Search kicked off on May 8th in Panama City, Panama, followed by additional stops throughout the Latin world including Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Peru, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Los Angeles, Guatemala, Palm Springs, Colombia, and Ecuador, all leading up to the Las Vegas finale in October. Each live event creates a media frenzy on location.
