Eagle Broadband to Host Conference Call to Release First Quarter Fiscal 2007 Results

LEAGUE CITY, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 15, 2007 -- Eagle Broadband, Inc. (AMEX: EAG), a national provider of broadband, Internet protocol (IP) and digital communications technology and services, will host a conference call on Tuesday, January 16 at 5:30 p.m. EST to report results for the first fiscal quarter results for the three-month period ending November 30, 2006. In addition, Eagle officials will use the call as an opportunity to provide an update on other company business and recent customer successes.

Dave Micek, president and chief executive officer of Eagle Broadband, as well as Brian Morrow, Eagle's chief operating officer, will host the conference call, which will be broadcast over the Internet. The pair will report on the quarterly results, as well as provide a management update and facilitate a question-and-answer session.

Participants will be able to access the conference call at using Microsoft Windows Media Player or Real Networks RealPlayer. The call will be recorded and available for replay via the investor relations section of the Eagle Broadband Web site.
