Eagle Broadband to Host Meeting for the Houston Financial Community

LEAGUE CITY, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 3, 2006 -- Eagle Broadband, Inc. (AMEX: EAG), a national provider of broadband, Internet protocol (IP) and communications technology and services, will host a special meeting for Houston financial analysts on Friday, May 5 to introduce them to the company, its services and future plans.

Eagle Broadband Chief Operating Officer Brian Morrow will host the meeting. He will give attendees a review of current operations, including a detailed look at the company's products and services for TV over the Internet (IPTV/STB), for satellite telephony (SatMAX) and fiber communication systems. In addition, Morrow will unveil Eagle's plans for the future.
