Eagle Energy Trust Confirms December 2012 Distribution


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Dec. 17, 2012) - Eagle Energy Trust (TSX:EGL.UN) confirms its December 2012 distribution. The cash distribution to be paid on January 23, 2013, in respect of the period from and including December 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, for unitholders of record on December 31, 2012 will be $0.0875 per trust unit. The ex-distribution date is December 27, 2012.

The annualized distribution of $1.05 per trust unit represents a cash-on-cash yield of 13.7% based on the closing price of our trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 14, 2012 of $7.651.
