Earth Alive Announces Closing of the Acquisition of LFP Solutions

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 4, 2014) - Earth Alive Clean Technologies (CSE:EAC) ("Earth Alive") is pleased to announce that it has completed today the acquisition of LFP Solutions Inc., as previously announced on May 20, 2014. At closing, Earth Alive has paid the first tranche of the cash purchase price and has issued 2,500,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.10 per share, the whole in accordance with the share purchase agreement entered into today ("SPA") between Earth Alive and the seller. The shares issued pursuant to the SPA are subject to a regulatory four (4) month hold period after each date of issuance.

LFP Solutions is a manufacturer and distributor of organic agriculture fertilisers and inputs which are sold at the retail level in Canadian stores, as well as on the commercial and industrial levels in Canada and abroad.

Michael Warren, the founder of LFP Solutions, will now become Vice President of the Agriculture division of Earth Alive. He will be supported by François Gagné, also from LFP Solutions, now the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Earth Alive. The combined expertise of Michael and François in agriculture matters will ensure that the clients of Earth Alive and LFP continue to receive the best support available for their agriculture needs. As always, Michael and François, and the entire Earth Alive team, continue to be strong believers in the simple conviction that a healthy and natural soil is essential to healthy and environmentally sustainable agriculture.

Aside from continuing to offer its patented microbial soil activator, the Earth Alive Agriculture division will now offer its clients a broader range of innovative, all-natural organic fertilisers and inputs with proven high performance for a wide variety of crops around the world.
