Earth Dragon Resources Receives Independent Study Detailing Prospects at Chisu Gold Project, Tanzania

TOKYO--(Marketwire - February 11, 2011) - Earth Dragon Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: EARH) ("Earth Dragon," or the "Company") wishes to advise it is in receipt of an independently authored National Instrument (NI) 43-101 report detailing the area encompassing the Chisu Gold Project ("Chisu") in Tanzania.

The report was commissioned in 2009 for an exploration company working in the area at that time and has been made available to Earth Dragon for reference purposes. The document contains a significant amount of highly encouraging data including details of previous regional efforts by Barrick Exploration Africa in 2000.

The report identifies the property as the Ushirombo Project which includes Earth Dragons current joint venture property with Chisu Gold Mines Limited. As such, much of the details, conclusions and recommendations are applicable as reference material significant to efforts at Chisu.

The data includes numerous samples and drill results that show the area as prospective for gold and identifies an area known as the Ushirombo Gold Corridor ("UGC") as a 12 km long by 6 km wide northwest-trending zone as the prime target area.
