Eastside Distilling Appoints Former Republic National Executive, Patrick Roth, as National Sales Manager to Lead New Marketing Campaign

15-Year Veteran of Republic National Distributing Company Joins Eastside Distilling

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - Apr 13, 2015) - Eastside Distilling, Inc. (OTCQB: ESDI), a producer of award-winning master-crafted spirits, has appointed Patrick Roth to the position of national sales manager to lead the company's new national marketing campaign.

Roth joins Eastside after 15 years with Republic National Distributing Company, the nation's second largest beverage alcohol distributor of premium wines and spirits, where he served as the company's marketing manager out of its Indiana office.

Over the course of his career, Roth has led numerous product initiatives, including launching new brands, extending distribution channels, insuring successful product performance, managing brand portfolios, developing and training of regional sales teams, and preforming key management performance functions.

As Eastside's national sales manager, Roth's responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing strategic distribution and brokerage partnerships;

  • Developing and cultivating direct sales strategies and high-level customer relationships;

  • Creating demand and increasing brand awareness in key markets; and

  • Managing overall sales, including day-to-day management of distributor and broker relationships, corporate retail store development, and all functions related to developing greater market penetration and expansion.
