HONG KONG -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 6, 2006 -- EATWARE Corp. (OTCBB: EATW) EATware Corporation, a US listed, Hong Kong based corporation, is entering into Malaysia with the commencement of this industry based project which is expected to take off by end of 2006.

Our affiliated company is currently manufacturing environmentally friendly products in their plant in China. To further build upon the production momentum, we are now in the process of initiating a project in Malaysia which will eventually become the largest environmental friendly Tableware factory in the world.

The group recently secured a suitable plot of land in Malaysia. This project will become the company's flagship plant with a target of commencement of production by early 2008. Once fully operational, this facility will produce in excess of 3 million pieces of EATware™ daily.
