Ebiquity Announces 100 Percent Growth in North American Digital Business

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 19, 2014) - Ebiquity, a leading international provider of independent, data-driven media and marketing insights, today announced its North American digital business has grown by over 100 percent in the current fiscal year compared to last year. With new digital service offerings and team expansion, Ebiquity continues to work with more than 90 of the global top 100 advertisers analyzing $20BN of media spent and is focused on helping brands optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of their paid, earned and owned marketing communications campaigns.

"In North America we have seen tremendous growth in our digital services with clients utilizing our independent media expertise and smart data and analytic models. With digital now representing the second largest advertising spend channel in the United States, behind only television, we envisage brands will continue to look at how they can master digital customer acquisition and conversion," said Alex Yoder, CEO, The Americas at Ebiquity.

Yoder continues, "We work with the world's biggest advertisers including Unilever, Dell and Delta Airlines who trust us to be strategic advisors for their most important business priorities including digital. So, we will continue to expand our services to help CMO's and procurement professionals meet the challenges of the biggest trends in their career -- explosion of data, omni-channel marketing and driving value from media investment."

Ebiquity has been focused on expanding its digital services with Federica Aperio, head of digital, leading the team in North America. In addition to the benchmarking of display, online video, mobile and paid search investment, both in terms of cost and quality, Ebiquity launched its social media benchmarking service.

With 88% of US companies using social media for Marketing purposes, Ebiquity's proprietary social benchmarking tools and competitive performance analysis looks at volume, engagement, sentiment and response rates to independently and objectively assess how well agencies are proactively optimizing a brand's social media engagement.

Ebiquity has built its North American business through organic growth and acquisition. The company acquired Stratigent in late 2013 to grow its expertise and knowledge in multi-channel analytics.
