ECG Management Consultants, Inc. Welcomes the Return of Senior Manager to Seattle

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - February 25, 2008) - ECG Management Consultants, Inc., one of the nation's premier healthcare management consulting firms, today announced the return of Ms. Cayce P. Truong, Senior Manager, to the company's Seattle office to work in the Northwest Healthcare practice.

Commenting on the hire, the leader of ECG's Northwest Healthcare practice, Mr. Kevin M. Kennedy, Principal, said, "Cayce brings deep experience, including operations improvement, process reengineering, program/service evaluation, labor productivity, and business development planning. Before returning to ECG, Ms. Truong served as a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, developing her expertise in the areas of project and program management, operations improvement, strategic development, and practice development. In addition, Ms. Truong directed multidiscipline consulting teams in system-wide and hospital-wide engagements, including a multimillion-dollar performance improvement engagement with a five-hospital system, a comprehensive operational assessment of four affiliated hospitals, and a premerger strategic evaluation for two neighboring hospitals. Prior to her tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers and ECG, she was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young and a financial analyst at Johnson & Johnson -- ETHICON, INC.

Ms. Truong holds a master of business administration degree from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a bachelor of science degree in accounting/information systems from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
