Respected Industry Sales Executive to Head Echopass Enterprise Sales Group

PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwire - May 24, 2011) - Echopass Corporation, the leader in cloud based contact centers for the large Enterprise market, announced today that Lee Kayne has been appointed Senior Vice President for the company's Enterprise Sales Group. Kayne is a seasoned technology executive who has managed world class sales organizations for several top-tier technology firms within the Enterprise contact center market.

Joining Echopass as an integral member of the company's Executive Team, Lee will be responsible for continuing the rapid growth of the Enterprise Group within Echopass. Lee has been a key facilitator in the growth of the contact center marketplace over the past twenty years, serving in executive sales leadership positions with Convergys/Intervoice, Infor Global Solution's CRM practice, and over a decade spent building global account teams at Davox, Concerto and Aspect Software. Earlier, he sold call center and contact center solutions for ROLM, IBM and Siemens. Lee holds a B.S. in business administration and an MBA in finance and marketing from The University of Florida.
