Eclipsall Energy Corporation Awarded CORE Certification for Production of Solar PV Modules in Ontario

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 29, 2011) - The Local Content Assurance Bureau Inc. (LCAB) announced today that it has awarded Eclipsall Energy Corp a CORE Certification indicating that their solar photo tovoltaic modules (NRG 60 and 72) produced at in their Toronto facility are in accordance with LCAB's Ontario domestic content requirements. The certification comes after the completion of a rigorous, independent review of Eclipsall's manufacturing facilities and products.

LCAB's Contributor to Ontario Renewable Energy Program (CORE Program) is an industry led, voluntary certification process developed to help Ontario manufacturers, suppliers, professional services firms, and individuals meet domestic content requirements set out by the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) in the OPA's Feed-In Tariff Program (FIT Program).

This CORE certification required a detailed onsite review of Eclipsall's production facilities in order to verify a wide variety of aspects of Eclipsall's production practices, capacity, documentation and techniques. The facility is required to be in full production mode at the time of the audit for full compliance. Based on this detailed review and further analysis, LCAB can say with confidence that Eclipsall's products fulfill in our opinion the domestic content requirements set forth in the FIT Program, specifically with regards to activity 4 of both Table 2 and Table 4.

"We are happy to issue a CORE Certification to Eclipsall," said Etienne Lecompte, Managing Director of LCAB. "Eclipsall is an Ontario owned company who has gone forth and made significant investments to enter a new and growing industry. We support their vision of high-quality Ontario made modules, and their growth tied to the FIT Program. With this audit, we can fully attest to their past, current and future domestic production of modules."

"Earning the CORE Certification is highly rewarding", said Les Lyster, CEO of Eclipsall. "Customers can order our solar panel products with the full confidence that the products meet all the necessary domestic content guidelines. This certification is validation of the work the entire team here has done. It's another proud accomplishment for Eclipsall."
