TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 22, 2014) - Eclipse Residential Mortgage Investment Corporation ("Eclipse") (TSX:ERM) announces monthly dividends in the amount of $0.05 per Class A Share for record dates from January to March 2014. Eclipse expects that this will be the monthly distribution rate throughout 2014 with formal announcements made quarterly.

Shareholders are reminded that Eclipse offers a distribution reinvestment plan ("DRIP") which provides shareholders with the ability to automatically reinvest their dividends and realize the benefits of compound growth of their investment.
