Eclipse Residential Mortgage Investment Corporation Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 16, 2015) - Eclipse Residential Mortgage Investment Corporation (the "Company") (TSX:ERM) has renewed its normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 304,500 class A shares (the "Shares") of the Company representing approximately 10% of the public float of 3,045,848 Shares. The Company may purchase up to 62,008 Shares in any 30 day period which is 2% of the 3,100,438 issued and outstanding Shares at July 10, 2015.

As of July 10, 2015, the Company had purchased 103,900 Shares under its current bid at an average price of $8.62 per Share.

The Shares may be purchased for cancellation from July 21, 2015 to July 20, 2016 through the facilities of the TSX or other eligible alternative market and may only be purchased at a price per Share not exceeding the last published net asset value per Share. The Company believes that such purchases are in its best interest and are a desirable use of its available funds.
