Eco-Rx's Rx-400 Successfully Killed Over 98% of Three Strains of Killer Bacteria Mentioned in Forbes June 19, 2006 Article on Killer Germs

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 13, 2006 -- Eco-Rx (PINKSHEETS: ERXX) announced today that in tests conducted by an independent lab, the Rx-400 successfully killed at least 98% of three of the most serious bacterium in the world today. These strains are in our playgrounds, gym locker rooms, and are bred in hospitals throughout the United States. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that 100,000 Americans die of hospital-bred infections each year, a higher death toll than breast cancer and AIDS combined. Forbes stated that the cost of hospital/health care infections is $30 billion annually and 1.7 million patients get health care associated infections.

National Football League (NFL) teams such as the St. Louis Rams and the Miami Dolphins have been hit hard by staph infections over the past 2 years. A few years ago, six University of Texas players were diagnosed with MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). MRSA infections became such a problem with the USC Trojans that the locker room and football equipment had to be sanitized and careful hygiene was encouraged among players.

In tests conducted by an independent lab, the Rx-400 killed 99.8%, 99.6% and 99.8% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumonia and Staphlococcus aureus respectively. The company has filed a 510(k) with United States Food and Drug Administration for Class II certification. The tests were conducted by Northeast Laboratories in Berlin, CT and a copy of the results can be viewed at the Company's website at (www.eco-rx.com).

Paul Taccini, President of Eco-Rx, commented, "We believe the Rx-400 is one of the best products of its kind in the world today. These killer bacterium pose a tremendous problem for society as mutations of these bacterium avoid many of the most powerful antibiotics available today. We believe that the Rx-400 can be an effective part of the arsenal to rid society of these killer germs."
