Eco-Safe Releases Certified Financial Statements

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - October 15, 2010) - Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESFS) is pleased to release its 2008 and 2009 Certified Financial Statements prepared by Mendoza-Berger.

Michael Elliot, President, said, "We are very pleased to release our Certified Audit documenting Eco-Safe's extensive and successful Product Development Program. During 2008 and 2009, Eco-Safe executed a bold and ambitious business plan allocating substantial funds to the Product Development of four new and potentially highly profitable systems. All Product Development costs were expensed in the year they occurred."

Elliot continued, "While this allocation resulted in an operating loss for 2008 and 2009, this effort was an outstanding success. Three of these systems are now in final development and will result in patent applications, some already in process. One product is now entering the full production and sales stage, with pending sales increasing due to increased demand and awareness. These products have huge sales potentials, as they have been designed for customers who have specific requirements for chemical-free, eco-friendly disinfection. Since Eco-Safe is a non-reporting company, we were not required to commission this audit, and few companies of our size and Pinksheet status would do so. However, Eco-Safe ordered this independent audit to provide our shareholders, customers, suppliers, and bankers with the most accurate information possible."
