LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 20, 2007 -- Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : ESFS ) announced the introduction and provisional patent of its new product,
the Eco Guard Ozone Compact Water and Disinfection System. The first
product of its kind, the Eco Guard is designed to be used in restaurants,
RVs, yachts and the kitchen at home -- anywhere a single-sink, compact
solution for ultra-pure water and ozone disinfection is required.
Michael Elliot, President of Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc., said, "After
considerable development costs, the 'Eco Guard' brings a new dynamic to the
fast food industry, allowing universal access to pure water and the
ultimate protection of ozone disinfection."
The Eco Guard is revolutionary in that it is compact enough to fit under
the sink and even be powered by automotive DC power systems. The Eco Guard
combines water purification with the advantages of providing ozonated water
to sanitize food for preparation by killing E.coli and extending freshness,
and sanitizing utensils and food preparation surfaces, as well as a cold
water solution to hand sanitation without chemicals.
Mr. Elliot noted that, "This product has a very attractive price point with
an open-end lease for under $300 per month. This makes it possible to
acquire this product by anyone who wants the benefit of ozone, but doesn't
want the cost of an industrial system."
Mr. Elliot said that the market for this product is composed of hundreds of
thousands of fast food and restaurant locations. Eco Safe is currently in
discussions with one chain of more than 1,000 locations.
Eco-Safe Systems, a leader in Ozone food-safety and water-purity
intervention systems with services ranging from food disinfection to water
reclamation and water desalinization, feels that Eco-Safe's patent-pending
processes raise the bar on food safety and environmental sustainability,
while decreasing costs and risks to businesses, the public and the planet.
