LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 10, 2007) - Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : ESFS ) is pleased to announce finalization of negotiations to acquire Ozone
Industries, Inc., a pioneer in ozone technology, based in Hawaii. The
acquisition, which will require board approval, is planned to be
consummated by Friday, September 14, 2007.
