Eco-Shift Power Corp. (OTCBB: ECOP) Awards WestPark Capital, Inc. an Extension to the Exclusive Placement Agent Agreement

CAMBRIDGE, ON--(Marketwired - November 04, 2014) - Eco-Shift Power Corp (OTCBB: ECOP) -- On May 20, 2014, Eco-Shift Power Corp. (the "Company") entered into a placement agent agreement (the "Placement Agent Agreement") with WestPark Capital, Inc. ("WestPark") pursuant to which WestPark agreed to act as the Company's exclusive placement agent for future financings.

Having successfully raised funds to complete the recent acquisition of Sun Industries the Company is pleased to announce that it has executed an amendment to that Placement Agent Agreement with WestPark that extends the term of the exclusive engagement for an additional 60 days with automatic monthly renewals thereafter.

The Company is excited to build upon the working relationship with WestPark and looks forward to continued success raising funds that will allow for additional revenue growth and additional acquisition opportunities in the future.
